I am a professional engineer and senior operator with over two decades of experience leading capital-intensive businesses through scale, transition, and operational stress. 

My background spans $1B+ energy and infrastructure programs, industrial manufacturing, development, and complex turnaround environments across North America. I have held executive leadership roles within global EPC organizations and led the stabilization and recovery of large, capital-intensive businesses. My experience is grounded in situations where capital exposure is high, and execution discipline directly determines outcomes. 

In 2024, I stepped away from active roles to overcome a serious health challenge. That period recalibrated how I approach work: with greater selectivity, sharper judgment, and a deeper respect for risk, time, and responsibility. I returned focused on fewer engagements, higher stakes, and long-term alignment. 

Today, my work centers on advising executives, investors, and project sponsors at critical decision points—typically during development, restructuring, dispute, or capital deployment phases—where execution risk must be understood before it becomes irreversible.
